As an Active Member in the Events, you'll play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events that bring international students together. From social gatherings to cultural trips, you'll help create memorable experiences while developing valuable skills in teamwork, communication, and event management. Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events
- Help with logistics, venue setup, and on-site coordination
- Work closely with the Events Manager and other team members
- Provide feedback and suggest new event ideas.
- Promote events and encourage participation
Must Have
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to take initiative and be proactive
- Passion for international student life and cultural exchange
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience in event planning or volunteering
- Additional languages: French/Dutch
- Basic logistical or organizational skills
- Previous involvement in ESN or similar student organizations
