Join us for the Stakeholder Negotiation Challenge!

The workshop is organised in collaboration with Alphabet Formation as an EU DEM Project.

During this workshop, you will assume the roleassume the roles of various stakeholders within the same organisation. Each group will have its own priorities, concerns, and pressures. Your task will be to negotiate a strategic decision that is realistic, defensible, and implementable.
